Construction And Application The Evaluation System On Internationalization Competence Of Chinese Household Appliances Enterprises

With the integration of the world economy, the internationalization of financialmarket and the globalization of enterprise operation, the relationship between theworld economic communities have become increasingly close and people cannot lookupon the prosperity and recession of a region independently. From the view of thestructure of the industry, the global household appliances enterprise is a highlycompetitive industry; therefore, all the household appliances enterprises expend theirsales and reduce the costs though pursuing the economies of scales. Thus, with thecompetition between the household appliances enterprises becoming more and morefiercely, the cultivation of internationalization ability of the household appliancesenterprises has become a hot topic among the manufacturing enterprises and a latestresearch direction for us. On this stage, how to cultivate the enterpriseinternationalization capabilities, which enable the international growth of theenterprise, will become an important research topic.The Paper attempts to build a mufti-level international competence evaluationsystem which contains a7first-level indicators,21secondary-level indicators, Theindices can help enterprises understand actual situation of internationalization, andcan use the result of international competence evaluations to diagnose problems in theinternational operation process in order to improve enterprise internationalmanagement and improve enterprise operation level. This paper does a research ofseveral major comparative analyses of existing methods of evaluation, integrates theadvantage of AHP and fuzzy theory. In order to test the validity and feasibility of themethods this paper applies the model to three classic manufacturing enterprises todemonstrate and integrate international competence evaluation system and methodsthrough these cases.
