Auto Parts Companies Based On Iso/ts16949: 2002 Quality Management System

With the fast growth in the automobile-part profession, the customers' quality requirements of the automobile products are getting higher and higher. But there is still a lot of serious issue in this space in our country. Such as quality consciousness insufficient;low management level;weak international competitivenesses and so on. In order to make the quality control system of automobile-part profession have the ability to improve continually, thus reduce the waste, regulate the management level in the entire automobile supply chain, satisfy the customers' request and make products enter the international market at last.It appears especially important to introduce the advanced management system and the management idea—ISO/TS 16949:2002.Firstly, based on the systematic analysis of ISO/TS 16949:2002 standard concept, the theory and the pattern, taking the process method as the instruction, aiming at the concrete condition in view of Yangtze river automobile parts limited company.this paper replanned the quality management system of this company.Then analyzed the concrete implementation method of the the ISO/TS 16949:2002 quality control system, inspected the implementation result, and proposed the corrective measure. Secondly the paper conducted the applied research of APQP—one of the important tools in ISO/TS 16949:2002 system.Lastly, this paper analyzed the constitution of the evaluation indexes of the quality management system in this company and the principal to set up the system of the evaluation indexes, evaluated the effect of the system based on the presentation of AHP and Fuzzy Integrated Evaluation, and then proposed the method to raise the efficiency of the quality management system.
