Study Of The Mode Of Enterprise Management Projects

Project Management is widely recognized to be a lively and excellent way to accomplish complex targets in an enterprise. However, few enterprises conduct total project management, that is to say, few enterprise have carried out Enterprise Project Management(EPM).This thesis discussed the follow questions:①The significance of Enterprise Project Management.②Analysis of three present modules of Enterprise Project Management: Partnering Project Management, Virtual Enterprise, Projects Driven Enterprise. Because of the restriction of management, technologies hardware environment in China, Virtual Enterprise Module is not suitable to Chinese enterprises, in addition to the high required management of Virtual Enterprise. And Projects Driven Knowledge-based Enterprises is still on their improvement. After synthetically analyzing, we can conclude that Partnering Project Management Module is much more fit to Chine se enterprises.③Considering the temporary of the projects, there are still some problems if an enterprise conducts Enterprise Project Management, such as: dynamic organization, difficulties in constructing team, hardness of mastering progress, dynamic costing, etc..④Analysis the main difficulties of executing Enterprise Project Management in China by Literature Analysis, Comparison Analysis, combination with qualitative and quantitative analysis;⑤Based on researches above mentioned, a module of Enterprise Project Management suitable to China are constructed. And further strategies are discussed on Organizations, Leader and Team construction, Progress Management, Costing Management, also flows designed.
