Optimize And Application On Engineering Item Management Method Of Construction Enterprises

Item management has developed a absolute knowledge system in developed countries and has become the important embranchment of managing science. It is applied widely in architecture, engineering, electron, communication, computer, finance, investment, manufacture, consultation, service, national defence and many other industries.The history of Chinese engineering item management could date back to two thousand years ago. The ancient projects such as the Great Wall, the Imperial Palace, Dujiang Yan, and Zhaozhou Qiao that are kept well to today are the rime of wisdom of Chinese people in the field of engineering item management. According to the limitation of the level of the science and technology at that time and the people's understanding capacities, engineering management is just called a managing practising activity without the support of the systemic item management theory, and it would not form the scientific mode of engineering item management. By the beginning of the 80s, with the increased item constructions and external culture communications, the engineering item management theory of foreign countries come into our country in succession which has gained ground in the engineering item management of our country through the development of nearly twenty years, especially from the beginning of the first item of providing a loan of the World Band in China carries out bidding in 1982.The author of this thesis manages the modern item management theory as the instruction, and analyses the problems in the fields of system reform, employ mechanism, distribution of the responsibility, power and benefit, supervising and examination system and other aspects of CRFG. The engineering item management of construction enterprises could not work normally until these problems solved, either the implement of the control of the final aims (quality, schedule, cost) of item management.
