The Study On Developing Countermeasures Of Engineering Project Management

The item which is the root of prestige,the source of the benefit and the base of the performance of talented persons exists in every field.The item management is a theory that involves many subjects, such as basic academics, and professional academics etc. The target and mission of the engineering item management is the important content of the item management topic research and practice. The item management is the process management of resources being configured and converted to buildings. Whether the item managenment can be dealt properly will effect a great deal even the whole architectural market and also decide the political life of the item manager even the corporation governer's political prospect. The item mangement target put forward in this article should be that project item is the window of bringing credit stangding to the enterprise,the source of the economic benefit,the cradle of bringing up talented persons,and the distributing center of the enterprise resources.The mission of the item management is :the eight main pricipals should be obeyed strictly,eight relations should be well dealt with,the whole process should be managed in ten mothods.All of these measures will make the item execellent from the beginning,the whole process be controled in order and the due target achieved satifactorily.This article is based on item method management theory and concludes many methods ,concepts and conclusions of item management. The article aims at deepening the item management theories , perfecting the item management methods,and arosing craft brother to discuss it and benefit from the article.
