During the past ten years IT service management is the most popular topic for IT managers and executives. It's a matter of fact that the demand for network and performance management solution peaked about the same time the Internet Protocol became standard for business networks. The IT service management solution is poised for a renaissance, sporting new capabilities and new owners.The main purpose of this article is to figure out the solution which delivers integrated and proactive fault, performance, and capacity planning management across complex, heterogeneous, IT environments. Through the effective data model and simplified solution, we can take the guesswork out of pinpointing problems on the horizon and misallocation of resources before they degrade the performance of the IT infrastructure. As a result, IT investment will yield increased performance and availability, IT personnel will benefit from reduced mean time to repair (MTTR), and the ability to adhere to strict Service Level Agreements (SLA) will be significantly enhanced. Finally we can see, in the process of IT infrastructure development, easy deployment of intelligent agent with new technology and simplified IT service management functionality will facilitate a rapid return on investment,change the service mode, human resource plan and improve the Business Intelligence for the future company.
