Accompanied with China's entrance to WTO and economic globalization , more and more Chinese enterprises are going to the international market, and their business operations , no matter where they are ,such as production, distribution, promotion and communication net working , are globalized as well. Russia is one of the major trading partners in the world, more understanding of both markets and bilateral ECOTECH will enrich the intension of bilateral strategic cooperation partnerships , and will establish a strong basis for the its developments.This thesis is with the researching subject of the marketing operation of the small scale beer equipments in Russia by taking modern enterprises management idea and international marketing theory , the way of regulating the operation strategy of the said equipments in Russia , increasing the competitive strength of the manufacturer and proposing marketing Strategy for the small scale beer equipments and its development tendency .This thesis analyzed in detail the current marketing situation in Russia : the marketing environment of the Russian market : the analysis of the competitors; the analysis of the products by theory of production lifecycle theory ; the analysis of product strategy , pricing strategy, distributing strategy and promoting strategy BY 4PS principle linked to the said equipments feature , the analysis of the ways for the manufacturer to make correct decisions for rapid stable development after defining their pros and cons.
