IT company in our country had a rapid development in recent years, and was becoming the core of high-technology establishments. Jobs in IT field enjoy a good reputation for its high salary on average. However, along with the fast development of IT company, the high flow rate of employee press much pressure on the enterprise human resource management. Investigations reveal that salary, position and interest are the three key features which prompt employee to change employment. Both of the three features belong to the scope of modern enterprise compensation, so it is safe to say that employing the conceptions, methods and techniques of modern compensation to run a company is very urgent now. The main task of this paper is to set up the compensation system of Tianjin Lowin Corporation in order to help the corporation improve its self-capability, and make fast progress under this situation.This paper develop its research from several parts as below:First part, introduce the signification of research, at the same time give a brief description of the theoretical basis of compensation system and its application in the human resource field.Second part, according to the special characters of IT company and IT employees, emphasize the importance of human capital and the stimulation to core employees and strategical manager.Third part: according to the analysis of current compensation system of Lonwin company, this paper figured out the problems which exists in the current compensation system, discussed the necessity and object of improving compensation system, and set up the general framework and principles which reformation should conform to.Fourth part: on the basis of modern management theory, also considering the actual problems of company, propose a broad-band compensation plan which is based on both the position and the personal ability, and set up software developer competence model.Fifth part: give a brief analysis of improved compensation system, and bring forth actual measures to implement the plan.
