Satcom group is the state-owned infrastructural communication enterprise, which is constituted based on the earliest-established Satellite Communications co-operations. According to the demand and reform program of state-owned assets supervision and administration commission of the state council (SASAC) on pursuing main-product bigger and stronger, Stacom group frame the strategy focusing on satellite communication & TV broadcasting service. And at the same time, fiber communication web and cellular mobile-communication web gain the rapid development and bring the deep impact on the sat-com market, facing this intensive competition, this dissertation have a try expatiate the background and figuration of Satcom group's strategy, employ the analysis method of strategic management and marketing management, deep research in the development and marketing of Broad Band sat-com.Chapter One explain the definition, characteristic and development-trend of Broad Band sat-com; Chapter Two explain the phrase and current stage of technology; Chapter Three analyse the external environment of Broad Band sat-com; Chapter Four analyse the internal environment of Broad Band sat-com; Chapter Five concretely analyse the business and marketing of Broad Band sat-com.
