The intensified global competition has dramatically influenced every company in all country and industry. Only if does the company have built up his specified competitive edge, they can catch the opportunity and build to last. They can make this through continuous innovation and intrapreneurship. Corporate intrapreneurship means a series innovation action happened in a existed company.We focused on middles managers because they are where the entrepreneurialopportunities are given the best chance to flourish based on the resources likely to bedeployed in their pursuit. We will study the corporate intrapreneurship and try to findout what are the middle management's motivation to pursuit the corporateintrepreneuial activity, and what factors will influence them.The whole study process included three stages. In the first stage, we carefully reviewed the literature about some concepts, such as intrapreneurship, intrapreneurship activity, intrapreneurship motivation and so on, and then we advanced the construct model of the study about middle management's intrapreneurship motivation. In the second stage, we covered several interview and case study, and them we conducted a questionnaire research; we collected 212 datas from many companies which were located in different areas, different industries and different ownership. Finally, we used Amos5.0 to analyze the data we had already collected. The outcome indicated that:(1) The multidimensional model of middle manager's motivation in intrapreneurship can be measured in there dimensions: Job security, relationship needs, and the achievement needs. And we known that middle manager's motivation have significant influence on corporate intrapreneurship performance.(2) The middle manager's personality and the environment they were in can influence their intrapreneurship motivation, especially the corporate's environment.(3) The corporate's environment include: Management Support, Work Discretion, and Organizational Boundaries. They have greatly influence on middle manager's intrapreneurship motivation.(4) The middle managers play a critical role in corporate's intraprenurship, they can significant influence the company's performance.
