This article comes from the introspection of studies about traditional motivational theory and practice. After reading a large number of motivation research documents, we find that in research field of motivation, there is very little research about the middle-manager. The middle-manager is the key factor of strength in an enterprise's implement, and the important factor which set up the life that enterprises survive. So carrying on appropriate motivation to them, making the middle level play the role of communication, implementation, carrying out in enterprises to the maximum extent are very significant for enterprises.The traditional motivation theoretical research concentrates on three major fields which are economics, management and psychology. Review the research documents of this three major fields, we can find present research exist the following three insufficient: (1) The motivation research of every theory route does things in his own way, seldom carry on crossing research; (2)Lack integration of various behavioral motive force to study; (3) Lack a kind of whole research view. This article is devoted to starting with in term of combining with management , economics and psychology, encouraging literary composition of system build through based on psychoanalysis on a certain degree, solving in the past encouraging exist study, meanwhile, the combination psychological theory and motivation research of method is worth drawing lessons to other motivation research of enterprise personnel.The content of this article includes: First of all, analyzing the characteristic of the middle manager on the basis of motivatng in enterprises insufficiently, according Dandura'triadic reciprocal determinism, setting up the middle manager's global motivation frame, and paying attention to self-encouragement which is ignored in motivation study in the past. Through past self-encouragement retrospect and summary that study and combine psychological theory detailed self-structure and motivation self-analysis, we set up three cross self-encouragement system model, probe into self-motivation and the relationship between outside motivation and self-motivation. Finally, we combine the middle-manager's actual conditions and characteristic to build and construct the whole motivation system based on psychoanalysis, and dissect characteristic and motivation design principle of the motivation system. Through tracing back and analyzing the train and development of the salary theory, we have proposed the self-assisted compensationsolution can reflect a series of characteristic requirements based on motivation system of the psychoanalysis, and this system can be implementing in enterprises.
