According to the interpretation of relevant information,the project means a lot of peculiar and complicated activities related to each other.Such activities have specific purposes or objectives,which should be completed within the corresponding budget,resources and time,in accordance with the corresponding requirements.However,the final realization of the project can not be achieved without the active participation of people,no one can not carry out the project.Therefore,the rational arrangement and utilization of personnel become the key factor to determine the success or failure of the project.Now many companies have realized and recognized that "human resources are the most important assets of the company".Project human resource management is one of the nine knowledge domains in the knowledge system of modern project management,and it is also the core work of modern project management.Reasonable allocation of personnel in each project team,coordination among the various project teams is the prerequisite to ensure the smooth completion of the project.Railway signal industry professional and technical requirements,the current market talent stock is insufficient,slow personnel replenishment.And biased towards the project structure,project research and development of structure of all the scheduling difficulties,the research and development personnel and project personnel requirements may not be continuous or is not very balanced,often appear the situation of underemployed,with the director,is not conducive to research and development staff of the overall skills improve,improve the company technology strength,accumulation.And the competition of the enterprise is talent competition to a great extent.X company has been engaged in the research,development and manufacturing of railway signal products,as well as technical consulting and service for more than 20 years since its establishment.Over the years in the process of development in the industry to establish a good reputation,accumulated a lot of market resources and r&d experience.As a high-tech enterprise,it should grasp the market opportunities with the development of science and technology.In addition,it also needs high-level research and design ability,reasonable personnel allocation and management ability to enhance its core competitiveness.The content of this paper is human resource management of product R&D project of X company.It adopts the research methods of theoretical analysis,case analysis and theory combined with practice.This paper takes X company as an example to study the human resource management method of product R&D project.Firstly,the paper expounds the current situation of project human resource management,and then discusses the content,process and method of human resource management,as well as the important role of human resource management in the project.Taking ZPW-2000 track circuit project of X company as an example,this paper elaborates the background of the project,and designs the process and methods of organizational structure selection,R&D personnel needs,personnel acquisition,personnel performance appraisal,etc.Furthermore,it supplements the supplementary measures for X company to effectively implement the project human resources management optimization scheme from the enterprise perspective,including reasonable organizational structure of the enterprise and professional project economy.Scientific training and enterprise document construction.Finally,the implementation effect of this paper is analyzed.
