Cyber marketing has the broad meaning and narrow meaning according to the realizing means.The former refers to the marketing activities carried out by the enterprises via all the computer nets,while the latter only refers to the internet marketing.this paper mainly discusses the narrow cyber marketing,which is defined as the means to effectively satisfy the customer′s needs,complete the market research,marketing dissemination,production sale,loans payment and after-sale service and to realize the marketing aim of the enterprises.Minor enterprises refers to the ones which have small scale or in initial stage of undertaking and growing up, including the corporation enterprises and natural enterprises which are below the standard. Minor enterprises here refer to the ones which have the broad meaning. The paper analyses the current situation of our national minor enterprises. On the basis of the analysis, the paper summaries the research meaning from the following four aspects, namely, the current situation of the home and abroad cyber marketing, the survival environment of the minor enterprises in internet age, the comparison between minor enterprises cyber marketing with traditional marketing means and the cyber marketing difference between minor enterprises and major enterprises.The paper puts forward the concrete methods and strategies of the national minor enterprises cyber marketing on the basis of analyzing the current situation of our minor enterprises and analyzing the barriers minor enterprises facing.The paper points out the research methods which are suitable for the minor enterprises: net questionnaire investigation, website browsing strategy, net second-hand information collection strategy and market information collection strategy based on Rss, and the paper points out the cyber marketing strategy without website. Moreover, the paper discusses the website establishment methods of the minor enterprises and analyses the website promotion methods suitable for the minor enterprises.In terms of the problems of the marketing channel, the paper discusses how the minor enterprises construct the cyber-marketing channel, including the channel construction based on network information brokers, indirect network sale of the minor enterprises and virtual body product network direct sale of the enterprises. As far as the network advertising strategies are concerned, the paper summarizes the network advertising strategies which are suitable for the minor enterprises. In the meantime, the paper discusses the network public relations of the minor enterprises and puts forward the strategies and methods which are suitable for minor enterprises.The paper also points out that the minor enterprises can crease the service efficiency and quality by using FAQ, online consultation, product information download and online upgrade, service ordered by e-mail, online service. Furthermore, the paper discusses the strategies and methods used by the application Service Provider to carry out the cyber marketing.
