Then, in view of the threemajor reasons that we confirm, we can use the related methods to improve themeasuring tool, procedure and method, so as to improve the coupling process ofproduct inspection system. In the end, we make the effect of before and after theimprovement activities for the comparison respectively from the coupling anespecially qualified rate and economic benefit of enterprises to improve, get theimproved results that raises the qualification rate coupling especially at a time. Then,for sealing YanHuan the angular position of the machining error in the process ofquality inspection using5M1E and system diagram method to carry on the reasonanalysis, and its reason in the process planning is not refined, operator inspectorability as well as the improvement of quality control in the three aspects has carriedon the related, achieved good results.
