Along with the knowledge economy starting in the end of 20 century, the value of human capital plays an important part in the enterprise. Training is the effective method with which the human resource transforms to the human capital, and it is a system that is composed of the training demand analysis, the training design, the training implement and the training effectiveness evaluation. As to the present enterprise, the first three links are carried out effectively. But regarding the training effectiveness evaluation, although evaluation method is numerous, the actual operation has the question that the evaluation is not comprehensive, the evaluation technology is unitary and the evaluation and the practice come apart and so on. It causes that the implementation of this link is difficult to see the result .From a view of Kirkpatric model, this article makes every effort to design a training effectiveness evaluation system for the enterprise that the theory and the practice union in view of the problem which the enterprise actual training evaluation has. This system lets Kirkpatric model have the practice value, and also has solved the problem which exists in practice.This article mainly includes following six chapters: The chapter one is introductory remarks. Through an introduction of the background and the significance of the selected topic, we obtain the necessity that designs the system of the enterprise training effectiveness evaluation. We introduce the object, the method, a train of thought, the frame of this article and innovation. The chapter two is the summary about the method of training effectiveness evaluation. Through the reorganization, we divide the method of training effectiveness evaluation into two big kinds—the evaluation method of "the content" and the evaluation method of "the implementation". And we have made the appraisal to them separately. We discuss that we take Kirkpatric model as a angle to explain the rationality of the system of the enterprise training effectiveness evaluation designed. The chapter three thoroughly introduces the theory tool that designs the system of the enterprise training effectiveness evaluation—Kirkpatric model, and mainly researches from the model four levels selecting target and the level characteristic two aspects. The chapter four designs the system of the enterprise training effectiveness evaluation on the basis of first several chapters. Revolveing four levels target of Kirkpatric model and the evaluation characteristic, we design the system of the enterprise training effectiveness evaluation. This chapter mainly researches from five links of the design system: determining training evaluation, designing training evaluation plan, collecting training evaluation target, analyzing training evaluation target and composing training evaluation report. The chapter five takes "yuanguang software"as the case, and will put the system of the enterprise training effectiveness evaluation designed in to practice. The chapter six carries on the summary to this article, including the conclusion and the question that further studies.The innovation of this article has three aspects:①Through the reorganization to the method of training effectiveness evaluation, we divide it into two big kinds—the evaluation method of "the content" and the evaluation method of "the implementation". And we have made the appraisal to them separately.②We have a thorough discussion to Kirkpatric evaluation model.③we design a set of the system of the enterprise training effectiveness evaluation according to the problem that exists in the enterprise training evaluation. Through the case application, it indicates that this system is rational and operational.
