The appearance of SA8000 shows that it is difficult for developed countries to realize its aim on human rights but they can use SA8000 from the angle of civil paths to realize this goal. The SA8000 is the outcome under this condition.Fifth, the unfair phenomenon in aggrieving labor rights show that there are many problems in the fields of the construction of CSR, the function of governments and the protection of employees themselves. But it doesn't mean that it is feasible to spread the SA8000 in China. For instance, the fee for apply for the certification of SA8000 is too high for enterprises to offer, and its unlawfulness can all show its infeasibility.This essay will discuss around these problems to offer some strategies.
