| Labor dispatch is a kind of special way of employment in the labor market of our country and developed with the social progress of our country. It has developed more mature at present but there are still many problems in the recruitment. It is easy to cause labor dispatching employee unfairly treated in the face of such a unique way of employment and the use of separate. It will also affect the working atmosphere of the unit in choosing and employing employees. More seriously it even may cause labor conflict and labor dispute. There for the labor dispatching employee’s labor rights and interest protection are very important.This article mainly use the empirical analysis, the method of normative analysis and comparative analysis to discuss the present situation, existing problems and solving countermeasures in the protection of labor dispatching employee’s labor rights from the labor economics, labor relationship, psychology and law about the point of view. On the basis of analysis and carding domestic relevant theories and ideas, this paper analyzes the reason of the labor dispatching labor rights and interests of imbalance in China through summarizing the legal policy of labor dispatching industry in developed countries and the investigation of labor dispatching industry situation in our country and put forward the concept of labor rights protection of our country labor dispatch staff, train of thought and countermeasures. |
