Study On CSR In International Trade

With the globalization of economy and the stronger social concept of"Focusing on human",Corporate Social Responsibility has been attracting the attention of all aspects of the society,which would become a universal trend inevitably。The core of CSR-labor criterion could have been a kind of voluntary criterion,however,nowadays developed countries combine CSR and trade through SA8000 as well as product code,which cause CSR become compulsory。As a result,the workforce's comparative advantage of the products of our labor-intensive export enterprises loses its competition,some enterprises even lose their orders because of lack of qualification。Therefore,it's urgent to carry out the research on CSR and the corresponding policy,which is significant practically。On the basis of international trade,the dissertation center on Chinese labor-intensive export enterprises, analyzes the economic influences of linking CSR and trade,explores how to face challenge,and transits trade policy accordingly,in order to maintaining persistent growth of the trade of China。The dissertation has five parts:Chapter one is to explain how this subject to be brought forward,including background,objects,significance,main content and method。Chapter two is the introduction,it elaborates on the historical genesis,definition,range of CSR and the theoretical basis of CSR。Chapter three investigates product code and SA8000, as well as the implementation actuality and problems of CSR in Chinese enterprises。Chapter four analyzes the present exportation status of our labor-intensive exportation enterprises ,revealing the effect of CSR with Chinese labor-intensive export enterprises。Chapter five points out some solutions to such problems from government and enterprises,and proposes the new measures to strengthen the construct of CSR in China-building evaluation system of CSR。Finally,Chapter six is the conclusion and prospect。...
