The development of the high-tech enterprise of China, base on the traditional planned economy toward the great environment of the socialism market economy transformation bottom. It needs special politics, culture, economic background in China to become an own special human resource management style. This needs to carry on the talented person who has Chinese special features to encourage the creative research of system to the our country science and technology business enterprise. At present, our country of high-tech enterprise is in the human resource manage particularly is the knowledge type the employee encourage the system to still exist some problems. Some enterprises could not employ a suitable person, on the other hand, the employee runs off in great quantities, some companies flow a rate to be up to 20% per year, the enterprise faces the danger of the breakup. We can see from here, the current human resource manages restrict the development of the business enterprise. This text be according to above reason , writer base on the foundation of the researching, aim at exclusively a high-tech knowledge type in the technique enterprise the characteristics have by employee, combine a special environment condition of inside the business enterprise in the meantime, studying to mainly encourage factor employee to take place to encourage the regulation of the function to combine to the knowledge type related conclusion. Researching these regulation, we will aim at different condition for the business enterprise under of the knowledge employee encourages theories of provide the importance a basis effectively.This text divides four layers.
