As a matter of fact, globalization and infomationization are the current main trends of our world. The upgrading of information infrastructure and the rapid development of information technology make it much more feasible and economic to produce, store, share and use knowledge. And the configuration and ombination of various elements will be more effective in economic activities. consequently, just because of the impact of such an economic environment, the competition is more and more intense among enterprises. It is no exaggeration to say that the results of enterprises' human resources management is one of the key factors to its success or failure.In the enterprises of the information age, employees have relatively high level of knowledge, they are new work groups known as knowledge-based employees and their distinguishing features, psychological needs and ways of act are definitely different from those of non-knowledge based employees.Thus, traditional human resources management patterns and methods will no longer meet the needs, and it is urgent for enterprises to do more research and bring new ideas on the management of knowledge-based employees.Under this kind of background, through the means of consulting documents and materials and making practice and survey, anylizing both qualitatively and quantitatively, this thesis demonstrates the current situations, the developments and the challenges of the human resource management of knowledge-based enterprises. In order to accomplish the objectives of strategic planning of human resources, this thesis based on the scientific theory anylizes the characteristics of knowledge-based employees and canonically design their management works such as training, assessment,system of salary and career management. We hope by adopting this management strategy, on one hand, employee can give play to his potential abilities and enthusiasms, and on the other,enterprises can create a good atmosphere that can enhance the cohesion of the enterprise to maintain its competitive advantages.
