The Retail Chain Reverse Logistics, Risk Analysis And Control

As a revolution of retail industry, chain operation gained remarkable achievement in the 1990s in the 20th century, China. It also has bright prospects for development. As the foundation and important guarantee of chain of retail operation, logistics system should form closed loop supply chain system, which is the Seamless connection with the forward logistics and reverse logistics. At present, the study of logistics has been given general concern by the academies and enterprises, but studies for reverse logistics are relatively less, especially for the risk evaluation and control of reverse logistics. However, evaluating and controlling the various risks in reverse logistics effectively not only plays an important role in improving service level and lowering the operation cost, but has particularly important meanings for the successful operation of whole closed loop supply chain.This paper deeply studies the theories of chain operation, cycling economy,green production, risk forecast and control and so on, analyses the connotation of chain retail, reverse logistics and risk control; based on the detailed description of the value,present conditions and unique process in developing reverse logistics in retail industry, it puts forward the relative complete risk-classification system, utilizes the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis(Multi-factor fuzzy comprehensive evaluation)to explore and study the causes, manifestations and evaluation models of logistics risk in chain retail trade. Through cases, it introduces completely the key steps of Multi-factor fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, such as the establishment of evaluation index system, classification, weight distribution and evaluation matrix application. At last, the author puts forward her own opinions about how to control the risk of reverse logistics in chain retail industry.
