Management object of supply chain management (SCM) is integral supply chain. Its main goal is to create value for terminal customers and share value return of the customers through harmonizing and optimizing each segment of supply chain. Supply chain management (SCM) emphasizes the flow optimization on the centre of core enterprise based on terminal customers'demand. On the condition of modern economy, the inevitable trend of enterprise development is to invert manufacture guide into sale guide. This urges the enterprises to respond the terminal customers'demand more quickly and more efficiently. So it is important for core enterprises, especially modern large manufacture enterprises, to optimize supply chain planning. The optimized information processing results conduct the performance of logistics and cash flow, and then implement more optimized collocation of logistics and cash flow.In the last few years, reverse logistics have been given extensive attention to gradually. The reusable return products in the reverse logistics make the enterprises to more emphasize channel selection and disposal process of reverse logistics when the enterprises have supply chain planning. But because of uncertainty and dispersibility of return products, these all increase research complexity of supply chain planning.This paper generalizes current research literatures on reverse logistics-oriented supply chain planning and analyzes the reverse logistics'influences to supply chain planning, and then describes further study questions. Subsequently, relevant theories of reverse logistics and opened-loop and closed-loop characteristics of supply chain are studied, and then the important of closed-loop supply chain planning is analyzed. According to basic structure and logistics process of closed-loop supply chain, the system structure of closed-loop supply chain is established. Therefore, at the angle of core manufacturer in the supply chain, several planning problems of closed-loop supply chain are studied.Firstly, integral network planning method of distribution and reverse logistics is studied. Integral network of all three-echelon facility in forward logistics and reverse logistics is established. Network planning model has been formulated as a programming model and its goal is to minimize the total cost, simultaneously the genetic algorithm was adopted to solve the hybrid integer programming model. An example was presented to prove the feasibility and validity of the proposed method. Consequently, contrasting the proposed model with the model in the literature, the superiority of proposed integral network planning model is proved.Secondly, multi-resource inventory control problem of core manufactures is studied including External and Interior reverse logistics. A multi-resource inventory control model, which is drive by serviceable production inventory, is proposed. Employing rational cost function with multiple constraints describes the inventory model. The genetic algorithm is employed to solve the inventory cost function so as to obtain the optimization solution of inventory checking periods, safe inventory point, product lot-sizes and process lot-sizes of return product. And then the affection of manufacturing/remanufacturing lead time and reuse rate of return production to enterprise inventory control strategy is analyzed.Thirdly, supplier selection evaluation method is studied. Through considering reverse logistics'effect to supplier selection of core manufacturers, multi-goal supplier selection evaluation model, which is participated by upstream and downstream enterprises, is constructed and its goal is to minimize the total cost, time and production quality. The colony algorithm was adopted to solve the programming model.An example is presented to prove the feasibility and validity of the proposed algorithm. So the study offers referenced model and solution algorithm for enterprises to establish distribution network, control multi-echelon inventory and select the suppliers. Through the study of mentioned above models, core manufacturer can realize optimization resource collocation, reduce running cost and improve operational efficiency. Simultaneity, it can provide reference models for other soles'planning design in the supply chain.Finally, Implementation platform of closed-loop supply chain planning is established. The utility system of closed-loop supply chain planning is designed and reverse logistics-oriented supply chain planning modular is programmed.
