Management And Countermeasures Of The Chain Business Enterprises' Reverse Logistics In China

From the entire supply chain perspective, the integrity of the logistics system should include positive logistics and reverse logistics. However, the retails developing rapidly in our country will become a major force to pull consumption growth. And the chain retails which are the representative for the modern form of the retails are moving in the fast lane. However, the market competition is increasingly fierce, and the chain retail enterprises' profit is less and less. Chain retail enterprises can not just pay attention to the positive logistics. They should also concern the loss of stealth caused by the neglect of the reverse logistics' management.This paper firstly analyze the management status of chain retail enterprises' reverse logistics in our country, and then study the problem and obstacles of the reverse logistics. Finally put forward countermeasures to improve the development of reverse logistics in the basis of the foreign retails' experiences about reverse logistics in the hope of giving reference to our chain retail enterprises' reverse logistics management.The chain business in our country started lately comparing to foreign advanced countries. Under this background, the author mainly carried out the study and research about the reverse logistics of the chain business enterprises, that will help chain business enterprises to raise economic performance and lower the management cost by promoting the reverse logistics level.
