With the rapid development of China auto industry, automobile consumption demand warms up continuously and holdings raises substantially, which contributes to economy year by year and even become a bright spot for economic growth. Research shows that reverse logistics of scrap car is a significant measure to save resources and protect environment. However, some social problems appeared because of neglect of reverse logistics, extensive dismantling of scrap automobiles, raw material waste, environment pollution and land occupation by automobile manufacturing enterprises. And other problems are also become more and more seriously, such as products returned due to product quality, product recalls and recover of scrap automobiles. Consider of those problems, many countries had perfected the recovery of reverse logistics system through legislation and have made certain achievements. Meanwhile, sustainable development and recycling economy gradually filter into people’s minds. China has issued a series of policies to standardize the recovery of scrap automobile industry.However, automobile reverse logistics is in its primary stage, that re-utilization and recovery rate of scrap automobile, environmental protection is in low level. Disorderly competition of scrap automobile recovery industry and imperfect macro-control confine the development of automobile reverse logistics in china. Therefore, the study of scrap auto mobile reverse logistics system is necessary and realistic.The writer analyzes current automobile industry situation, summaries the problems, and driving factors for scrap automobile reverse logistics and gives out suggestions for it based on the domestic and foreign research. On this foundation, the writer studies the mode of reverse logistics and the automobile reverse logistics model, constructs three different kinds of scrap automobile recovery mode focus on manufacturer and supplier, with consider of the benefits of the entire supply chain by using of account case, in which relates to dynamic game process between the manufacturer and distributors, and analyze profits of manufacturers, distributors and supply chain under different modes. At last, the paper realizes the importance of cooperation between manufacturers and distributors when choosing recovery model. Then, the paper also constructs a multi-level positive-reverse logistics network structure and forms a mixed integer linear programming model, which is built for the goal of the maximum profit, after optimization design of the integrated logistics network from the view of better scrap automobile recovery network and efficiency recovery of scrap automobiles product. And, the paper analyzes the total anticipate profit changes leads by demand and waste recovery rate changes in the account case and influences to the structure of logistics network design.
