Research On The Influencing Factors Of Reverse Logistics In A Retail Enterprise Abstract

In order to tangle the global environmental challenges caused by climate change and over-exploitation,enterprises have issued a green trend.Through technological innovation,service innovation and resource utilization,enterprises meet the customers'demands for the environmental protection,reduce the impact of their products or services on the environment,and enhance their competitiveness.In the supply chain,retail industry is the closest end to the consumer,and is also the starting point of reverse logistics.If retail enterprises strengthen their reverse logistics management,they can provide good after-sales service to customers,and improve product recycling efficiency or recycling ratio.Reverse logistics management has not only become a way for enterprises to take advantage,but also is a positive response to the country's call for green development.However,the reverse logistics of China's supermarkets has not yet made a breakthrough;in the implementation of reverse logistics activities,most of retail enterprises are subject to a lot of restrictions and resistance,such as consumer habits,related laws and regulations,logistics management capacity and other factors.Some retail enterprises do not realize the importance of reverse logistics yet,and thus they has not improved their reverse logistics management,and has not taken their social responsibilities.With the fast growing of A retail enterprise,return business occupies a large amount of its cost,which makes A retail enterprises recognize that reverse logistics plays an important role in its management.A retail enterprise possesses large sales volume across the country,so its need for reverse logistics is also a huge one.How to conduct reverse logistics by the smallest cost and in the most reasonable way is one of the urgent problems A retail enterprise faces currently.The purposes of this thesis are as follows:(1)Analyze the present situation of reverse logistics in A retail enterprise.(2)Analyze the condition of the implementation of reverse logistics activities in A retail enterprise.(3)Contrast the actual situation of reverse logistics in A retail enterprise and its original expectations.In this thesis,the samples are obtained by questionnaires,and the weights of variables are calculated by the authoritative weight assignment method.The samples were tested by t test,correlation analysis,regression analysis and chi-square test.The results show that in the implementation of reverse logistics,the more attention A retail enterprise pays to reverse logistics activities,the more effective the practice is.However,there are significant differences between the average value of the return from the enterprise products,the return of the customer products,the re-use of the products,and the average of the product repair processing,which indicates that although A retail enterprise managers attach great importance to reverse logistics activities,their practice is still insufficient.In terms of factors that affect the reverse logistics activities,A retail enterprise managers believe that suppliers and government have an impact on the implementation of reverse logistics activities.In the enterprise resource situation,absorbed resources also have influence on the implementation of reverse logistics activities.Finally,when it comes to managerial attitudes and commitments,both are key factors in the success of reverse logistics activities.The research results in the thesis show that the two keys to the development of reverse logistics in enterprises are the attitude of managers towards reverse logistics activities,and the support for reverse logistics activities from suppliers and government.So if A retail enterprise strengthens its reverse logistics management awareness,and actively motivates the cooperation of suppliers and government,its current problem about reverse logistics will be resolved to a certain extent.
