With fast development of globe-economic integrated and modern informationtechnology, Consumers' individual demand is increasing. More and more competitivemarket environment put up higher demand for enterprises. Automobile companies arefacing great challenge both in meeting customer's demand and cost-control. Toenhance Competition in domestic and aboard market, focus on it's main business, wesuggest enterprises should apply the third logistic party to finish logistic tasks.Jiangling Motors co., Ltd. (Abr.JMC), which produces light business vehicles, isfacing heated competition in automobile industry. How to improve efficiency andenlarge brand's force, we should apply modern logistic to JMC to improve JMC'smanagement level and decrease production cost.First of all, this paper makes a simple introduction of JMC and it's present logisticsituation. After analysing JMC's inner and out competitive environment, the paperpoint out it is necessary to apply the third logistic. Based on JMC's strategy, the articleput up relevant good and detailed project for solving logistic problems efficiency andeffect.The article describe future situation, the 3PL applied in other fields, and give somedetailed advice to continuously enhance logistic level and make more value forcustomers.
