A Study On Countermeasure Of Chinese Car Logistic

After entering WTO, Chinese car logistics faces not only rare opportunities, but also challenges. Fast increases of GDP and personal income in China gives a nice environment to develop car logistics. In other hand, marketing strategy redressal of foreign companies and new boom of investment bring Chinese car logistics a lot of new opportunities and challenges.Although Chinese car logistics develops late, it keeps a high increasing rate recent years. In 2005 the output of car in China goes up to the fourth of the world. In such a background some foreign companies have entered this great market and others are preparing for entering. But now Chinese own car logistics only start going. There is such a distance between Chinese car logistics and foreign one. And it will be a violent competition in future car logistics market in China. To survive in the competition, it requires us to analyze states and give strategies to deal with the situation.This paper mainly discusses sedan logistics. Firstly, to analyze the present conditions of Chinese sedan logistics from the view of logistics scale, transport models, operating modes and market competition. From this, the problems exist in the car logistics nowadays are clear. Secondly, the forecast about future car production in China is given and from the forecast result we can know the fast increasing rate will go on and the prospects of Chinese car logistics is very well Thirdly, absorbing the foreign successful experiences and to proposal the appropriate strategies to develop Chinese car logistics.
