In the increasingly competitive business environment, whether an enterprise can achieve and keep core competitiveness is critical for the survival and development of the enterprise, hence creating competitive advantage through human resource management becomes an important part of the enterprise's competitive strategy. Therefore, more and more enterprises recognize the important role of human resource management in the internal management and construction of the enterprise. Moreover. performance management is a very important part of human resource management system and one of the most fundamental functions of human resource management. The effect of performance management reflects, to great extent, the level of the enterprise's human resource management, and the contribution of human resource management to an enterprise can be reflected by performance management which can motivate ernployees effectively and thus improve ,working efficiency.This article has carried on the comprehensive careful analysis to the F group original achievement management pattern, and provides set of complete improvement programs, and pointed out its achievements management existence the question. The correlative theory of management by object and performance managernent was combined with the practice of the enterprise and industry in designing the new scientific and applied performance management system: Performance Management System for the F group, this new system have self-contained links of performance management system, which make the new system possess the strategic function, managing function and developing function. The author would like to offer some beneficial assist for increasing the relevancy between the employee's performance and strongpoint of the enterprise.
