This ERP system can manage and supervise the stocking, selling, warehouse and financing of this chain-supermarket effectively. Thus the operation of the chain-supermarket was managed systemically. The success of this business system lies in that it has optimized the stocking and stock process and enhanced the stocking efficiency, besides, the pos operators are relieved form the stress which is brought on by the innumerable datum. As for the deficiency of this system, the author has summarized the problems which happened during the system running and suggested expanding the system. It suggested adding a DSS module which is going to make use of data mining tools to analyses the datum in the data warehouse, this module will predict the development of the market and help the stocking department to settle the optimal stocking plan.This system has creatively programmed and designed the store system , headquarters system and distribution center system individually, which can be used for reference by the subsequent developer.
