As one of the most important features of intellectual economy, the focus of market competition has been transferred from material resources such as funds and product to intellectual resources. When the enterprise boasts its own human resource, it will become a crucial force in the forming of its development strategy. Hence, a consistent supply of talented person is indispensably for the development of the enterprise, otherwise, even more funds and advanced equipment will be proved in vain. We Da Automobile Accessory Company (WD Company) is a private technical enterprise dealing with the auto lamps research, production and sales for the middle or top grade automobiles, faced an excellent developing opportunity. While, on the other hand, the current human resource situation still remains in the lower side. Lack of stability, limited output level, inability to perform its management and short of talented workers, all these factors hinder the development of the company.In view of the existing human resource problem in WD Company, the author used the Supply Chain Theory as a new model for management, and in combination with the relevant theory of HR, the author first described the conception of HR Supply Chain Theory, then worked out a practical HR supply chain, which fit into the unique situation of the WD Company, to ensure its requirement of talented person. At last, the author gave an entire evaluation as to the performance of HR Supply Chain Theory, and testified that the theory really works for the company to achieve its goal. The author makes a bold attempt at the application of HR Supply Chain Theory in the field of HR management. This attempt not only enriches the connotation of the HR management, but also provides a new approach for the practical work of HR.
