As the constant problem in Human Resource Management, salarysystem is the key to attract, stimulate and retain the galaxy. It is anessential task to establish a competitive and stimulant Salary System forall the industries.Based on the related theories of salary management, the thesis aimsto solve the problem existing in the original salary system of S.Surveying & Mapping Instrument Co., Ltd. and has deeply studied andanalyzed the innovative process and methods for the salary system.Firstly, its corporation profile and industrial characteristics havebeen analyzed. Through the analysis of the industrial market environment,its development prospects have been known well.Secondly, on the basis of deeply studying its background andcontent, the original salary system has been completely examined andanalyzed by using the method of questionnaire, which has concluded thatit has three big problems, that is the problems of fairness, cost controland personnel stimulation. Therefore, the original salary system needs tobe changed and innovated.In order to solve these three big problems, we have systematicallyanalyzed the process of designing a new salary system for SouthSurveying & Mapping Instrument Co., Ltd. Through analyzing suchcontents as position analysis, position evaluation, salary investigation ofthe competitor, etc, we have proposed a new salary system program.Finally, we have studied the implementary feedback and effect evaluation for the new salary system.
