| Mechanism of motivation is a very important factor to influence the efficiency of modern enterprise. The good mechanism may enhance the efficiency of operation and reduce the cost of operation. With the Development of knowledge and economy, it is a significance to motivate special staffs, The engineers, in construction enterprise, this article presents the fundamental concepts and research methods about motivation mechanism applying for engineers ,based on the systematical generalization and analysis for western motivation theory, applying equity theory and delegate-proxy theory, focusing on the characteristics of engineers and practical problems happened in project, closely combined with the current situation and requirements of Lan Tian company. After a comprehensive analysis for existing solution, we work on an effective and practical motivation framework for Lan Tian company. Further more, we design a detailed motivation solution based on the above framework and do some research about its implementation. |
