A Study On The Optimization Of Outsourcing Engineers Management In H Company

With the advent of the information society and the tremendous amount of mobile information demand,the mobile communication technology has been facilitated with an amazing speed.The professional service providers of communication technology have been developed gradually in the past ten years which now becoming the main force in the communication technology services industry.The outsourcing of services for technology is becoming the main developing trend for communication equipment enterprisers.It certainly became the main development direction of H Company.In H Company,the communication technology services are provided mainly in the form of outsourcing and it is implemented by the way of service project.This thesis reviews the related literature on project management,combined with the current situations of management and the development trend of H Company,the systematic research has been done on the optimization of engineers outsourcing management in H Company.In terms of the structure of this article,first of all,the clear exposition of the current situations of company's management are made.In H Company,the analysis and summary of the number of departure people of engineer services outsourcing in the Jiangsu Province has been made on the basis of the statistical data in the year 2015.And then found out the major problems in current managerial aspect for engineer service outsourcing in H Company.Secondly,by analyzing the major problems of engineer service outsourcing in H Company,to summarize the influences and to put forward a solid and clear design solution for the optimization of engineer service outsourcing management.Lastly,bring forward the optimized deliverables for the H Company's engineer service outsourcing management.By means of adjusting the process of performance appraisal and enhancing the effective communication in order to reduce the frequent staff transfer of H Company's engineer service outsourcing.In the meantime,come up with relevant safeguards including improving assessment mechanism on project management,strengthening the personnel training and organizational management,improving the communication mechanism which will thereby improve the work efficiency and the stability of H Company's engineer service outsourcing.And ultimately to offer more reliable project deliverables with high quality and to gain recognition and customer satisfaction.This paper aims to provide some useful references and thoughts on the personnel management of technical service outsourcing and project management through the analysis and discussion of the above issues.
