It conforms to the demand of development in the modem society and the benefit of human survival and development, so it will lead the direction and tendency of the logistic development.The paper analyzes the original background of the Green Logistics and the present situation of its research. Then Analyze the present situation of Logistics to Zhu-Zhou chemical Group. Discover its non- green factors of the link of Logistic and the system of enterprise Logistics. In the above foundation, the paper systematically put forward the design thinking and the implementation measure of Logistics being green to Zhu-Zhou chemical Group, in order to have the value of reference to the implement of the green Logistics in the chemical industrial enterprises of our country.
