An Empirical Study Of The Impact Of Green Logistics On Environment Performance In E-commerce Enterprises

With the rapid development of the Internet,the rise of e-commerce has led to the rapid development of the express industry in China.At the same time,urban garbage has also been increased.In particular,when the annual "double eleven" and the some shopping festivals,the e-commerce companies and the express companies drive the public to consume a lot,resulting in a large number of garbage,such as express waybills,express cartons,envelopes,woven bags,tapes and internal buffers.Therefore,it is a heated debate that how to decrease the garbage the e-commerce companies produce.At first,the research purpose and research significance are presented in this thesis,followed with the relevant research analysis at domestic and abroad.Also,a brief review is made.In addition,the research contents and research methods of this thesis are introduced,as with the technology road map.In the next step,the related theories of this thesis are expounded,the dimensions of the division of green logistics,social responsibility and environmental performance are defined based on relevant research.Then,the theory is carried that green logistics influences environmental performance,the hypotheses of this thesis are put forward,and a model is build that the effect of green logistics to environmental performance with social responsibility as the intermediary effect.Through interviews,the questionnaire and indicators are presented based on exited scale,and the initial questionnaire was revised on the basis of small sample test,a formal questionnaire is formed.Then,through formal investigation,a wide range of questionnaires,reliability analysis and validity analysis are reported based on the descriptive statistical analysis.According to the analysis of structural equation,the results show that the green logistics has positive effects on environmental performance,and each dimension of green logistics exits difference in the effect to environmental performance.Besides,the social responsibility plays the role of intermediary variable between green logistics and environment performance.In addition,in order to improve the environment performance of e-commerce companies,action is put forward including establishing information system,perfecting return system,controlling energy use and adopting environmental protection materials according to results.At last,the main contents of this thesis aresummarized,the innovation points are pointed out,and the shortcomings and prospect of this thesis are put forward.In this thesis,the impact of green logistics on environmental performance is explored from the view of social responsibility.Building a model that social responsibility acts as the intermediary variable between green logistics and environmental performance,the mechanism is explored that green logistics influences environment performance through social responsibility,which aims to promote the development of e-commerce companies in the supporting system of green logistics.
