International Logistics is bund to be an important item in the operation of multilateral groups and it is decided by the globality manufacturing, purchase and sales in such kind of corporation. The challenge of logistics management is both the cost and the effective; however, the major challenge is equilibrate between two.This thesis is on study of Landirenzo for reference. It borrows the belief-based Logistics Iceberg theory, being put forward by the professor with Waseda University, Value chain analysis, being put forward by Professor Michael E Poter, Dual Contrary-relationship theory and SCM theory. The key factors of the balance between the logistics effective and cost is concluded after the analysis of purchase, transportation, delivery and warehousing of Landirenzo.
