As the new economic times approaches, logistics has attracted much attention of some business communities and related experts. In the process of economic development, more and more people have begun to realize that it is getting increasingly difficult to save the physical resources and cut the labour expenditure in terms of technology and development. Therefore it's hard to make greater profits than before. To some extent logistics may become "the third source of profit". In the 21st century China will continuously speed up the development of logistics by optimizing its system resources desposition and improving the riding quality of logistics economy. Only in this way can we expect to achieve the goal of enhancing enterprise's competititiveness.The article mainly analyses the background of modern logistics when it first appeared as well as its current research situation. It also explores the theory of logistics transportation and reverse logistics problem. It's from the theory angle that the author puts forward the necessity and significance for the enterprise to carry on the logistics transportation and the reverse logistics.Based on the data related to logistics in Zhicheng chemical company,which was obtained through careful investigation in 2006,the author systematically and creatively proposes the optimized strategy to solve the problems about logistics,which may expect to improve the efficiency of the enterprise greatly and change the current situation completely.
