On The Application Of Project Management In The "universal Interaction"

With the further development of the policy of Reform and Opening-up, China joined WTO in 2002, and the outside environment offers great growing opportunities for Chinese enterprises. Also, with the deepening of internationalization in China, enterprises need to improve their methods of management, operation efficiency and quality. Therefore, the advantages of project management appear to be stronger and stronger, and it has broken the old model of management and has been widely applied in product development and infrastructure construction of high-tech industry, aviation and automobile industries.Project is the basic unit in all applications and constructions of an enterprise, and it is the production organizing and management, with single project as its object and the time, quality, cost and personnel of project as its main contents, the process of which is disintegration and combination. Its characteristic is that project, as an structural unit itself, organizes resources according to demands, so as to avoid idleness and waste of resources—"to do things as much as possible with least people". Project management uses matrix management structure, so that it can realize all-course dynamic management and all-around coordination and optimization. It can also adjust structure configuration for the project demands of all phases in its life cycle, so that it can guarantee the high quality and efficient running of the whole structure and work.To explore the value-added Internet business, our company has used project management to construct a portal platform of "Global Interaction" of China Tietong. This Thesis analyzes the relevant contents of project management combined with the application of portal platform of "Global Interaction", and summarizes some experiences of project management.
