Research On The Coordinated Development Of Urbanization And Agricultural Modernization In Jiangsu

The eighteen major reports of the party put forward the coordinated development of urbanization and agricultural modernization.Urbanization can not only promote the social circulation of rural population,and improve urban infrastructure and public services provide good social services to promote rural development and agricultural modernization;agricultural modernization can not only improve labor productivity,improve farmers' life and economic conditions,is to narrow the urban-rural gap,realize the integration of urban and rural development create rich material conditions.In recent years,urbanization and agricultural modernization in Jiangsu province have achieved fruitful results.This paper takes the coordinated development of urbanization and agricultural modernization in Jiangsu Province as the starting point,and carries out theoretical and empirical research.Theoretical studies suggest that the theory of two yuan economic structure,the theory of agglomeration and diffusion,the theory of growth pole and the theory of traditional agricultural transformation have laid the theoretical foundation for the coordinated development of urbanization and agricultural modernization.Urbanization and agricultural modernization promote each other,agricultural modernization is an important basis for the development of urbanization,and urbanization provides a strong support for agricultural modernization.The quantitative analysis by the statistical yearbook of Jiangsu as the basis,for the first time during the past fifteen years in Jiangsu province and all over the city,urbanization and agricultural modernization of the statistical data of vertical and horizontal comparison,that the past fifteen years in Jiangsu province urbanization rate,the level of agricultural modernization greatly promoted;the development of the two or three industry growth,agricultural output efficiency to improve the living standards of urban and rural residents;improve social welfare,more perfect.The introduction of empirical analysis,coupling and coupling coordination degree concept,the construction of Jiangsu province urbanization and agricultural modernization degree model and the coupling coordination degree model,the calculation results show that: nearly 15 years of Jiangsu urbanization and agricultural modernization are achieved good development.The coordinated development of the two parties is at the primary stage of coordination for 2000~2008 years.After 2009,the level of coordination has increased,and it has become an intermediate stage of coordination.But the urbanization quality needs to be improved,the development of agricultural modernization is relatively backward,urbanization and agricultural modernization coordinated development level is not high,urban and rural infrastructure are differences in living standards of urban and rural residents,urban and rural ecological environment is facing challenges,the reason may be related to two yuan in urban and rural areas will exist for a long time,the policy system is not enough,poor industrial structure and the land circulation.According to preliminary put forward to optimize the adjustment of industrial structure,change the mode of agricultural operation,strengthen agriculture science and technology;strengthen infrastructure construction,deepen the reform of the land system,increase agricultural investment;deepen the reform of the household registration system,improve the social security system,promote public service;scientific planning and reasonable layout,regulate and promote urban construction,strengthen the countermeasure of ecological environment protection.
