At the age of knowledge economy, human resource is the most active factor, and how to enhance the employee's loyalty is the key of an enterprise's continual development.Generally, it's believed that more satisfaction can bring higher degree of loyalty. No doubt that the satisfaction is an important way to attract and encourage staff, but in practice, it's not really true. Then my study focuses on the relationship between employee's satisfaction and the employee's loyalty.On the basis of previous related research, I define the employee loyalty myself .Based on the data collected from questionnaires done by 73 enterprise employees from a Trading Enterprise south of Jiangsu province, I conclude employee satisfaction and employee loyalty both have different levels using Factor Analyze and Regression Analyze Method ,and different employee satisfaction factors effect on employee loyalty levels differently, I put forward the relation between employee satisfaction and employee loyalty model showing their relationship primarily.
