With the retail market having been occupied by some large chain supermarkets,the managers get the attention to the reasonable use of marketing strategy in the large chain supermarkets to get survival and development in the fierce competition.Taking a chain supermarket as an example,which concentrates on three chain stores in Harbin,the research method is to combine theoty with practice and take the marketing strategy as the direction The thesis applies junction service marketing theory,STP theory and the theory of chain operation to make an analysis about the present situation of a chain supermarket according to macro environment,competition environment,customer demand and internal environment.The main problems and reasons of a chain supermarket pointed out,this thesis has put forward the corresponding marketing strategies and safeguards measures for a chain supermarket on the basis of the analysis results.This paper analyzes the marketing environment of specific regions based on the theory of marketing.It also analyzes the marketing problems and reasons of A chain supermarket and put forward the corresponding marketing strategy recommendations.The purpose of this paper is it’s reference value for similar marketing environment to comprehensive chain supermarket in the site selection,design and selection marketing scheme.
