The achievements management system design is establishes the modern enterprise human resources management the core.How designs and establishes a set scientifically conforms to our country national condition , the adaptation enterprise strategy development needs the achievements management system,promotes the enterprise achievements level to enhance, the enhancement enterprise core competitive power, has become an extremely important topic.This article used the relative dispersion analysis and the qualitative analysis method has conducted the research to the SKL Corporation original achievements inspection system, has pointed out the SKL Corporation original achievements inspection system existence question,like inspection system not perfect,inspection subjectivity strong,inspection method sole and so on.At the same time,according to the company different management level,manages the function differently,the union post work content,used the questionnaire survey procedure to determine the different department,the different rank and the different post staff inspected the basic essential factor,has established the achievements inspection target system take this as the foundation.Used the analytic hierarchy method to formulate each target weight,redesign SKL Corporation achievements inspection system.Proposed should use the different inspection main body,the inspection goal and the inspection method in view of the different inspection object.Follows principle which fair,the quantification,the systematic characteristic,the practicality,the compatibility, the process and finally pay equal attention to.This article through conducts the research and the design to the SKL Corporation achievements inspection system,designed a set of more scientific reasonable staff achievements examination and critique system for the enterprise to take the effective management the basis,avoids at present examining and critiquing in the work as far as possible the malpractice and the erroneous zone,aroused staff's work enthusiasm,the initiativethe creativity fully,enhanced the organization efficiency,the realization business goal,and avoided personnel's outflow to a certain extent,enabled the enterprise to attract the talented person, to foster the talent, develops the talented person, retains the talented perso.
