With the further development of economic globalization,many enterprises are facing more and more fierce competition.Whether the enterprise is competitive or not depends mainly on whether human resources management can be done or not.In human resource management,performance management is the most important work,only the enterprise has a perfect performance management system can effectively improve the performance appraisal,the performance of employees,so that enterprises in an invincible position in the competition.This paper takes S company as the research object,based on domestic and foreign relevant theory of performance appraisal as a guide,and through the form of questionnaire to investigate the current situation of performance appraisal of the company,the analysis of S company in the performance appraisal process of the appraisal target is not clear and the evaluation index design is not reasonable,the management of the performance appraisal problems of large influence the application of evaluation results,such as lack of objective is to establish a set to conform to the S company's specific performance appraisal system,the S company has greatly improved in performance evaluation.Through the detailed investigation of S company employee performance appraisal process,performance appraisal problems to collect the staff to find the S company in the performance appraisal of the problems and the analysis of the problems,combined with the theory of performance appraisal,proposed a more scientific performance appraisal system of S company's performance appraisal system redesign.This paper mainly aimed at the study of S company's performance appraisal system,make the following contributions to the S company's performance appraisal:through the questionnaire,find out the practical problems existing in the performance evaluation of S,and the results of the questionnaire were analyzed;with each department responsibilities as the foundation,design a new performance evaluation index system using the method,key performance indicators(KPI),to determine the various departments of the key performance indicators,and finally to determine the weight of each index by AHP;to improve the company's performance feedback,performance interviews using feedback on the results of performance appraisal for S company;in the application of performance appraisal results,put forward some concrete the countermeasures and measures,improve the practical performance appraisal.Finally,the research results can help S company in the performance appraisal more objectively reflect the various departments of the performance,reduce subjective factors,but also provide a theoretical basis and practical experience for the similar state-owned enterprise performance appraisal.
