The 21 -century is the logistic time, the logistic is a kind of industry with much more manpower, and so among the logistic industry the competition is the competition about the human resource. As an important content, performance management is the task that any logistic company cannot neglect. In China the logistic industry is in an initial step, so there are much more problem in the performance management of Chinese logistic enterprises. As one of the logistic company in China, we also face the same problem in performance management, and affect the company's future.These problems can be decomposed into three parts: misunderstand the idea of performance management, lack of performance management process and the incomplete corresponding enviroment. Through analyzing the rootstock we can find that these problem are mainly due to relevantly practical experience, shortage of overall and deep understanding of performance management system, lack of the attention of the cultivation of corresponding environment in performance management system and the labor's performance management cannot reflect the really status.After this, the author proposed the corresponding way:Redesign the performance management and utilize part of the new programThe purpose of this study is that through the research we can build a fit performance management system, and to provide beneficial reference for the leader and the other logistic company...
