Shandong Highway Construction Group Centralized Financial Management Discussed

Along with developing deeply with economic system innovation, the enterprise groups in China are changing from initially extensive management mode to normative management mode step by step. Just reformed until April 2006, Shandong Highway Engineering Construction Group., LTD. (SHEC) is facing with drastically domestic and outside competition at preset. It was imminently necessary for SHEC to transform idea, improve management level and probe into right way of development.SHEC is entering into new developing moment. But like other highway engineering construction group, SHEC is quite disparity with the necessity of developing group and the enterprise groups of other excellent industry because of its history and relatively close market of highway engineering construction: one is the scale which is generally small; on the other hand, inner management level is lower. Especially not erected effective financial control system, SHEC has big difficulties to form core competing power and persistent competing predominance.This paper is focused on the information above. Analyzed SHEC's financial management system, the author discussed SHEC's financial centralized control mode from enterprise group and industry background angles. And the author tried to discuss intensivism of management flow, the necessity of centralized accounting, the feasibility of concrete manipulation and competing power infection from practicing financial centralized control in big highway engineering construction enterprise.
