Research On Optimization Of LS Group Capital Centralized Management Mode

Under the background of global economic integration,the development and change of organizational form and scale benefit of enterprise groups make the structure of enterprise groups become complicated,and the centralized management of funds comes into being.Only through centralized capital management,giving full play to the economies of scale of capital and rational allocation of capital can enterprises adapt to the competitive market and promote their own development.Enterprises are suitable for different centralized capital management modes in different life cycles.The establishment of enterprise group management mode is mainly carried out in accordance with the financial strategic objectives,and groups at different stages of development have different financial development strategies,so the capital centralized management mode selected by the group is also changing.LS group is a large state-owned enterprise in China,with 11 wholly-owned subsidiaries.LS group currently funds centralized management mode using the internal bank,the funds management mode has obtained certain achievements,but there exist many problems,especially the internal bank funds centralized management mode can not meet the needs of the LS group currently life cycle stages of development,therefore based on the LS group as a case,the study of the funds centralized management pattern to upgrade.Firstly,the research on centralized fund management conducted by domestic and foreign scholars is sorted out,and the changes of the group's centralized fund management mode are sorted out.Five common fund management modes are introduced in detail,and the applicability and influencing factors of selection are analyzed,laying a theoretical foundation for the following case analysis.Secondly,taking LS group as an actual case,this paper analyzes the current situation of the capital centralized management mode of LS group.Combed the LS group not only internal bank model architecture and operation process,also focuses on bank capital centralized management of the group of the LS model results and the present stage the LS group capital centralized management mode of deficiency is analyzed,based on the above,combined with the influence factors of enterprise group funds centralized management pattern choice and the LS group's stage of life cycle,is put forward to optimize and upgrade existing funds centralized management mode LS group-set up a financial company.At last,this paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of establishing a financial company for centralized capital management of LS group,and puts forward an optimized plan for establishing a financial company for centralized capital management of LS group.
