Under the new normal conditions of economic development,"mass entrepreneurship and innovation,has become a constant growth point for China's economy.The important role of entrepreneurial activities in economic development has become increasingly prominent.Entrepreneurial team is an important part of the entrepreneurial enterprise.Entrepreneurial team with rich management experience and professional skills is very important during the startup period.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a heterogeneous team with complementary advantages so as to bring about good corporate performance.However,the heterogeneity of the team has a high degree of uncertainty,whether it can bring impacts to startup companies and how to bring impacts to startup companies.These issues have not reached a consensus conclusion in the academic community.Based on the theory of social embeddedness,resource-based view,knowledge-based view,higher-order theory,and social identity theory,this paper combines the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on the heterogeneity of entrepreneurial teams,based on 163 valid surveys of 50 teams in 3 cities.Questionnaires,using hierarchical regression analysis,examined the partial impact mechanism of the heterogeneity of startup teams on the performance of technology-based start-ups based on their overall dimensions and segmentation dimensions,and identified and verified the impact of entrepreneurial team heterogeneity on entrepreneurial performance.In the two mediator variables and the two regulatory variables,the results show that:the entrepreneurial team heterogeneity and entrepreneurial performance 1s inverted U-shaped relationship;team tightness,entrepreneurial resources in the entrepreneurial team heterogeneity and entrepreneurial enterprise performance in the relationship between Part of the mediating role;the team recognizes that there 1s a negative regulatory effect in the impact of entrepreneurial team heterogeneity on team tightness;resource integration ability has a positive regulatory effect in the impact of entrepreneurial resources on the performance of entrepreneurial firms.The main innovations of this paper are:to propose and verify the mediating effect of team tightness in the relationship between entrepreneurial team heterogeneity and entrepreneurial firm performance;to propose and verify the entrepreneurial resources and their subdivision dimensions in entrepreneurial team heterogeneity and entrepreneurial enterprises The mediating effect of the performance relationship;proposes and validates that the team's identity plays a negative regulatory role in the relationship between entrepreneurial team heterogeneity and team tightness;and proposes and validates the ability of resource integration in entrepreneurial resources and its subdivision dimensions with startup companies.The performance shows positive adjustment.
