At the moment of mankind's society heads into the ages of knowledge-based economy, the modern enterprise faces various opportunities and challenges. The enterprise must improve the core competencies continuously for holding the opportunity tightly and meeting the challenge. The knowledge has already become a kind of very important capital .Intelligence makes the function of the first main factor .The occupation and innovation to this kind of invisible production factors such as knowledge has become the root of personal,enterprise or the nation to make stronger of itself competitive strength. The knowledge management is a kind of scientific and efficient management method that operates successfully in the current international management realm .As a result, knowledge management is valued by more and more enterprises." Live old learn old" not only praises the people who pursues the new knowledge in the whole life, but also generalizes the people in realistic society who do not wish be eliminated by the existence competition have to participate the social activity.Study is a kind of inorganic individual behavior for person. But for the enterprise, guaranteeing the employee's knowledge and technical abilities renew continuously, the valid" training" to the employee has already become a kind of important management activity more and more. It is an important means that keeps the enterprise development motive and competitive advantage. According to the statistics, the 500th strongest enterprises of the averagely put about 3% of the gross earnings on the training. The devotion of the famous international enterprise such as IBM for its internal employee's training amount to more than 2,000,000,000$ annually.However, because of wasting resources and needing the personnel to concentrate and take off from produce, the contents renew slowly, lack of focalization and the mechanism of following management etc, the traditional face to face study and training means has already can't satisfy the people actuality demand.
