| Being an "Age of Knowledge Economy," the 21st century has its vitality in a large number of knowledge-based enterprises with innovative capacity. To survive and grow, those enterprises must be competent in organizing learning and become learning organizations. Learning is not only the main stream of our time, but also the only way to create the future. Under the guidance of the learning organization theory and in comparison with the mature experience of domestic and foreign enterprises, the learning organization system is established based on the actual situation of SDT Telecom. It is a tentative exploration of a more suitable approach to learning organization system available for state-owned knowledge-intensive enterprises by means of summary and analysis of the status quo.Firstly, the learning organization theory and other related theories, as well as their development at home and abroad, are introduced systematically. Then it is put forward that the core of a learning organization is to enhance organization learning ability.After that, in the light of the actual situation of SDT Telecom, it is discussed, focused on enhancing organization learning ability, how to set up a learning organization system; how to handle the triangle relations among organization-culture-IT support to ensure the construction of learning organization system.Finally, based on the above analysis, the corresponding suggestions are presented with the specific implementation plan, and it may serve as a useful research for SDT Telecom to become a learning organization.The orginality of the thesis is the blue print to implement "organization-culture-IT support" triangle project on the basis of the learning orgnization theory and the status quo of SDT Telecom. It is of practical value and liable to push the establishment of the learning organizaiton in the enterprise. |
