The Government Of The Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone Cooperation Mechanism

Since the Gulf since the establishment of economic zones, economic zones led to the rapid growth of industry in all aspects of Guangxi flourish. At the same time, the North Bay Economic Zone scope for regional cooperation and areas are constantly increasing, more and more wide scope of cooperation, from the North-South economic zone extended to anti-Chin Chin anti-Yu Chong north-south economic zone. With the economic expansion of the region, its development is the inevitable emergence of domestic and international economic development zone in the face such as: regional convergence of industrial structure, infrastructure integration delay and a series of problems. This is not only a waste of limited resources, but also a serious impediment to the further rapid development of regional economy.Regional economic integration in the global situation, how to strengthen cooperation between the Government, how to promote economic linkages and coordination of the region's natural balance between the development of regional issues such as Gulf Economic Zone of the important areas of government cooperation. In this paper, the northern Gulf Economic Zone Analysis of cooperation, the effectiveness of cooperation, based on literature review and through practical cooperation mechanisms are combined and governments from domestic and foreign economic zones advanced experience, propose to build strong organizations, efforts to strengthen government cooperation; perfect various systems, incentives governments; encourage public-private partnerships to enhance the capacity of the Government's financial and other measures.Meanwhile, in the basis of existing cooperation mechanisms, and then build some scale, the appropriate number of partner institutions, and gradually perfect the Gulf Economic Zone governmental cooperation mechanism.
